Michelle Claessens

Designer specializing in interactive experiences

I'm a designer with what some would call an eclectic background. I started out in math and computer science. From there, my love of drawing led me to fine arts. And what do you get when you combine these two things? Interactive design!

I'm currently working at a studio in downtown Toronto, where I focus on a variety of projects, from branding, illustration and iconography to responsive websites and interactive campaigns. I'm involved in all stages of the design process, including concept definition and strategy, information architecture, user experience, art direction and design, prototyping, client pitches, and post-launch analysis. I stay involved with the design community as a provisional member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers.
